Who is this event for?
This event is for everyone who feels stressed, over-worked, over-tired and generally burned out. It will help you learn great sleep hygiene so that you can wake up every day feeling fully rested and brimming with energy and enthusiasm for the day ahead!
This event is a 2 hour talk on sleep hygiene that discusses the best techniques and strategies.
There is also a workshop that will follow, which will look for signs of sleep disorders like apnoea. You may have suffered with this without realising!
The two hour talk begins at 3pm and is followed by a workshop at 5pm.
What to wear
Dress in anything you like. Pyjamas welcome!
